Order Cancellations
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing almost immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we do not allow cancellations once the order has been confirmed and moved into processing or shipping.
However, if you’ve made an error or need assistance, please contact us immediately at cx@wearyourmaala.com or on WhatsApp. If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it on a case-by-case basis.
2. Cancellations by Wear Your Maala
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product description
- Delivery limitations
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the platform
In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under specific conditions and subject to our verification process.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit a clear, continuous unboxing video that begins before the package is opened and shows any damage, defect, or discrepancy.
- Refund requests must be submitted through our Return & Refund Form within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Refunds will not be issued:
- Without a valid unboxing video
- For minor variations in product appearance due to lighting or screen settings
- For change-of-mind or preference
- For delay in courier delivery not caused by us
If your refund request is approved after verification, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days or provided as store credit, based on the situation.
