Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is coming soon – follow us on Instagram for updates.

Dispatch Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, we’ll send an email saying that order has been processed. You will also receive subsequent communications from the delivery service provider, wherever applicable

Delivery Timeframe

  • Within India: Delivery takes 5–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We do not require returns. If something is wrong, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund – your choice.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You are eligible if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You share a clear unboxing video showing the issue before opening the package.

📷 Note:
The unboxing video must start before the seal is broken, clearly show the issue, and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Cases Not Eligible

We won’t be able to process a refund or replacement if:

  • It’s due to a change of mind or styling preference.
  • There are minor design/color differences due to the screen or lighting.
  • The issue occurred after delivery due to mishandling.
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item was purchased during a stock clearance event, where select items with slight variations were offered at discounted rates

📝 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Visit the below Refund/Replacement Request Form within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide the link to your unboxing video and a short description of the issue. Alternatively, you can share the unboxing video to our Whatsapp as well.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed or a replacement shipped at no extra cost.
